Xanne Schijns is a Dutch entrepreneur based in Antwerp, Belgium, working across luxury assets, yachting, private aviation, hospitality and experiences.
Her work covers customer acquisition, sales and business development for high-value assets and programmes, from yacht ownership and shared-ownership structures to expedition travel, as well as the design of the client journey that surrounds them.
She is the founder of Memoir, a boutique agency working with hospitality, lifestyle and luxury brands. Within the Morii companies she is general manager of Morii Expeditions and leads customer acquisition at Morii Group, covering expedition travel and yacht ownership respectively.
She works internationally, moving between commercial strategy, client relationships and on-the-ground delivery, with projects and partners across Europe and beyond.
